EXCHANGES —- We have a one year exchange policy for any reason. You can get a mustard stain on your t-shirt by missing your pie hole with a footlong, or snag it trying to jump over a fence when you are too old to be doing that resulting in it getting a hole. Please include either the receipt or your account email within the exchange package. Include in the package what is wrong with the garment.  If the product is no longer available we will replace it with a similar product. We do not do exchanges shipped to foreign countries, so if you are outside of the US we will not be able to do your exchange.

RETURNS/REFUND —- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of your funds. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or your account email included with the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, returns will not be granted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

An exchange is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with your account email/reciept, and what is wrong with the garment. We do not ship outside the United States, so exchanges and refunds/returns will not be granted if you are in a foreign country.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or include your account email. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
